2.0 & Partners expands global footprint as Nevena Venter joins to strengthen presence in the Middle Eastern market

Travel retail specialists 2.0 & Partners are pleased to announce the appointment of Nevena Venter as Business Development & Project Management, Middle East.

In this new role, she will lead the expansion of the company’s presence across the strategically vital Middle East region, with a particular focus on implementing 2.0 & Partners’ Customer eXperience Management (CXM) solutions to enhance the travel retail experience.

A seasoned industry professional, Venter brings over a decade of experience at Abu Dhabi Airports, providing her with deep insight into the unique dynamics and growth potential of the region — now recognised as a powerhouse of global travel retail.

Nevena Venter, Business Development & Project Management, Middle East, 2.0 & Partners, commented: “I had long admired 2.0 & Partners’ work, and the opportunity to work with them emerged naturally as they began expanding their presence in the Middle East. It felt like the perfect alignment of shared values and complementary expertise, combining their unique focus on travel retail experience with my regional insight and delivery background.”

Venter’s initial focus will centre on expanding the reach of 2.0 & Partners’ CXM services, including its Strategic Mystery Shopping, Retail Academy 2.0, and the growing Academy training suite, which features courses tailored to specific shopper groups and frontline skill sets.

Among the newly launched Academy programmes are: the Middle Eastern Excellence Academy, focused on elevating service for Middle Eastern shoppers and the Airport Ambassador Academy, which trains frontline airport teams to embrace a hospitality-first approach across the travel ecosystem.

Fabio Bernardini, CEO, 2.0 & Partners, said: “We are delighted to welcome Nevena to the team. Her market knowledge and proven leadership will be invaluable as we continue to grow globally and enhance the support we provide to our partners. This is an exciting chapter for 2.0 & Partners, and I look forward to the success we will build together.”

The inaugural 2.0 & Partners webinar, focused on the Airport Ambassador Academy, will take place on 12 September at 12pm (BST). To secure your place, register here: https://bit.ly/4ocIzeO
